Does anyone have any advice on which card to replace it with? I've read about Nividia card and such, but I think i would need a pre flashed card, because with mine down I dont think i could do that right?Īnyway, has anyone else had this kind of problem, and or advice would be great thanks. So at this point I'm of the belief that the ATI Radeon HD 5770 card is finally dead. Nothing changed still only the vertical grey lines of death. I've even gone inside and pulled up the main hard drive to see if it really is the graphics card. But when the grey screen comes up its all grey vertical lines and it never changes.
Only this time when i try to start up I get the chime sound like always. I currently own a 5870 in combination with a GT 120 for Final Cut Pro which works fine, but for Davinci Resolve I need a Cuda based card like the 5770.
